Poster COMPETITION

Call for Poster Submissions

The 2023 SE Showcase is actively soliciting student poster submissions to be displayed during this year's virtual event. This is a great opportunity to share your exciting research project(s) and accomplishments with the diverse industry, government, and academic attendees. Posters will be made available for viewing to all Showcase participants. Poster presenters will also have the opportunity to answer questions live during the Poster Session from 9:45 to 10:45 am. 

Posters will be evaluated by the attendees. First and Second Place Awardees will receive cash prizes of $200 and $100, respectively. 

Poster and Presentation Guidelines:

Poster:

• Poster size (Height x Width): 36" x 36" (minimum) to 36" x 48" (maximum)

• First author must be an SE student.

• There are no limits to the number of authors.

• Research project presented must have been directly mentored/supervised by an SE faculty.
